Girish K received his M.C.A. (Master of Computer Applications) degree from University of Mysore, Mysore, in the field of Computer Science in 2004, M.S. by Research in the field of Information Technology (specializing in Intelligent Transport System) in 2015 form International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-B).He joined Department of Computer Applications (formerly Dept. of MCA), at BMS College of Engineering (BMSCE), Bangalore, India, as an assistant professor in March 2005. He started Innovation Cluster Lab (ICL) along with Dr. D. N. Sujatha, Professor, Dept. of Computer Applications in 2012, where his student’s team engaged in building prototypes in the domains of Internet of Things (IoT) and Health Care.His research interest is in solving Multi-Constrained path problem applied to Road Networks in the domain of Intelligent Transport System (ITS). He is a member of IEEE, IEEE- Intelligent Transport System Society, ACM and life member of Advanced Computing and Communication Society (ACCS).
